In this phase we gather information and ideas. We make notes on your wants and needs as well as, gather data from the building itself, in the form of historical data, measurements, and photographs of your space.
Drawing Phase.
Now the dream is put into motion.
In this phase we create concept drawings. Initial drawings from your data that help visualize the space in a new way. With the measurements and photographs, we sketch your space and turn ideas into a visual representation of the design.
Planning Phase.
Now the dream is seen.
In this phase we make material selections. We create mood boards of materials, textures, colors and products that coordinate with our drawings. In this phase we select everything from paint colors to cabinet pulls. This phase ensures the next phase delivers the best results.
Building Phase.
The dream is realized.
In this phase we get to work on your project. Our team of in house professional contractors get started taking out the old and constructing the new. Both contractors and designers are in constant communication to solve any issues that may arise during the construction phase of your project. We see it through the end to deliver you the space you dreamed.
